Questions we hear most.

Is Private AI just an on-premise chatbot?
No. A locally hosted chatbot may be one component. Private AI additionally connects knowledge, live systems, workflows, tools, permissions, approvals and audit.
Do we need to replace our existing ERP or CRM?
No. The preferred approach is to integrate with existing systems through APIs, databases, events, connectors or controlled automation.
Does an open model already understand our industry?
It usually has broad general domain knowledge. Organisation-specific knowledge, current data, SOPs and permissions must be connected separately.
Do you need to fine-tune a model on all our documents?
Usually not. Current or changing knowledge is normally better handled through retrieval. Fine-tuning is used selectively when specialised model behaviour is required.
Can our information stay inside our environment?
Yes. The architecture can support customer VPC, on-premises or dedicated deployment depending on requirements.
Are we forced to use one AI model?
